Who Bathe First?

We always have this problem of getting the kids to bathe. Sometimes they will be fighting to be the last and other times they will fight to be the first. So my mother-in-law came out with this plan..."Draw Lots". Two pieces of papers are used. Each with a number. The one who draw the paper with the number 1 (one) will bathe first and the other will be the second.

Well, last night our little Ivan came out with a splendid fool-proof plan. He wrote 1 (one) with the name Ivan below it and the other 2 (two) with the name Ian. So no matter which piece of paper he pick or his brother picks...Ivan is first...because his name is listed as number 1 (one).

Of course a fight broke out and I have to do the Solomon thingy. I tore the names out...leaving the number 1 (one) and 2 (two) for them to redraw. Well, Ian was really forgiving and had a great heart. He allowed Ivan to bathe first. Well, that's mighty good of him. Proud of you son. Keep it up.
