Getting Old...And Feeling It.

Now, when did I start having trouble reading because of my failing sight? Old. I'm getting old and I'm feeling it.

It's really uncomfortable having to take off my glasses when I read a book or the technical drawings but have to put them back on when I'm looking at the monitor? I'm truly feeling the strain in my eyes.

Our eyes are actually amazing. We can switch our focus from far to near in an instance...we can adjust to the brightness and darkness quickly. Things we see are always alive with colours. We have wide angle lenses and they are 3 Dimensional.

I have been trying to use my cameras to capture pretty pictures but to no avail. There is always something lacking. Not bright enough. Not clear enough. Not wide enough etc etc etc.

Yet we have taken for granted what GOD have given to most of us at birth. And not just the eyes alone. Let us remember to give HIM thanks and praise for HE alone is worthy of all praises.

Turn your eyes upon JESUS

Look full in HIS wonderful face

And the things on earth will grow strangely dim

In the light of HIS glory and grace.
