What if there is no sun?

It has been pretty warm the past few days...even with sporadic rain. This morning Ian asked me a question...."Pa, what happen if there is no sun?"

So what happen when there is no sun? Well...let see. Oh ya!!! There will be no life. Period.

Even for the North and South Poles which only gets limited sunlight a year...it's already difficult to bear....can you imagine any worst?

We are all worried about the global warming and stuff like that. We had Earth Hour then we have the Earth Day. We are all concerned about the environment. While it's good that we are concerned and is willing to do something positive about it...yet we must remember that in Gen 8 : 22, the LORD says...and I quote :

"As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease." (NIV)

"As long as the world exists, there will be a time for planting and a time for harvest. There will always be cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night." (GNB)

"For as long as Earth lats, planting and harvest, cold and heat. Summer and winter, day and night will never stop." (MSG)

and I unquote.

In Hebrew 1: 3 says and I quote :

"The SON is the radiance of GOD's glory and the exact representation of HIS being, sustaining all things by HIS powerful word..." (NIV)

"Who being the brightness of HIS glory, and the express image of HIS person, and upholding all things by the word of HIS power..."(KJV)

and I unquote again.

GOD is the one who sustain all things through our LORD JESUS CHRIST. So without the LORD JESUS CHRIST, there will be no sustenance. So in another sense and THE true sense..."Without the SON there will be no life." Period.

1 John 5 : 12 says, and I quote :

"He who has the SON has life, he who does not have the SON of GOD does not have life." (NIV)

Unquote.
