Game Plan
We wake up at 7.30am. Have a quick breakfast and quickly make our way to the Singapore Zoo and spend the entire day there. Wow!! What great plan man.
Reality
We woke up around 9.00am and it was raining. So we went back to bed. We only managed to get out of the hotel, armed with 2 umbrellas around 10.30am.
Singapore Zoo
Again we took the MRT to Ang Mo Kio and then changed to the bus to go to the Zoo. Here are some of the photos.
When we finally reached the Zoo, we were hungry thus we had...K.F.C. (Let's go to the Zoo. There's lots of things to do. And The finger lickin' good). Ingenious...aren't we?
Well since it's drizzling we decided to invest in 4 ponchos (Cost us S$3.00 each), and a good thing too because it rained the entire time we were in the Zoo.
The Zoo Per Se
a) Shows
With regards to the show...well..it was a disappointment. 2 out of 3 shows were canceled because of the rain.
b) Taking A Break
All of us were tired out because we walked through the Zoo instead of paying for the Tram. We actually walked with socked shoes and sandals. So we took a break at the restaurant inside the Zoo. It's the costliest break we had taken. We paid S$3.00 each for the bottle of coke and 100 plus and another S$2.00 each for a stick of fish balls and frankfurters.
